Budget's, of Rangitane Street, for the week-end, before returning home. ‘‘We regret to’ record the passing of Misses E. and L. Penney; although unable to attend our meetings, they have always been interested in the organisation,” states the thirteenth annual report of the Palmerston North branch of the W.D.F.U., presented at the meeting yesterday.
