TRADE WITH RUSSIA.
LONDON, April 10. The Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs (Mr R. A. Butler), in the House of Commons, said no recent negotiations had taken place with Russia regarding the resumption of the trade discussions, but the Soviet Ambassador had lately raised the question with Lord Halifax (Foreign Secretary) .
