RUSSIAN OPINION.
LONDON, April 11. The important announcement promised by the Moscow radio turns out to be a statement appearing in Izvestia declaring that the German occupation of Denmark and Norway was a “necessary consequence” of the Allies’ violation of Norway’s neutrality.
