ALLIED AGREEMENT. (British Official AYireless.) RUGBY, April 10. Asked regarding the view of the British Government on the United States of America's foreign economic policy as set out in the memorandum communicated to the French Finance Alinister by Air Sumner Welles, the Under-Secretary lor Foreign Affairs (Air It. A. Butler) said the British Government had been informed of the contents of the memorandum bv the French Government, which had indicated to the United States complete agreement with the principles contained in the memorandum. This opinion was shared by the British Government. ■>
