LITTLE THEATRE.
The one-act plays written by members of the Little Theatre Society were again presented on Wednesday at the Little Theatre before a large audience, the productions being the winning plays in the society’s annual competition. The efforts of the authors were given warm approval and there was evidence of very sincere and promising work. The plays were “Post Mortem.” a modern comedy written by Mrs IT. Whitehead and produced by Mrs E. B. Lovell; “Wash Out,” an amusing comedy written and produced by Mr E. W. Cook, and “The Potter's Field,” based on the Biblical story, written and produced by Miss P. Harman, a very impressive and poetic presentation. Those assisting behind the scones included: Messrs R. Rees (stage manager), B. Cox, J. P- Harman, S. Bradfield, A. Coles. Mesdames V. E. Harman, N. C. Holland. Misses I. Nettlefold, C. Cairns, R. Parkes, M. Murphy and P. McDavitt.
