PERSONAL
Mr J. 11. Evans, of Auckland, whose youngest son, Surgeon-Lieutenant G. L. Evans, is now serving on H.M.S. Renown, which he joined on February 29, was born in Feilding in 1876. There are several relatives and many friends of the Evans family still living in the Feilding district. Air T. J. Evans, of Queen Street, Feilding, is a cousin of Air J. H. Evans.
