(From Our Own Correspondent.) WAITYUNA WEST, Jan. 31. Mrs C. Snow and Miss Peggy Smith are visitors to Stanway. where rlicy arc the guests of tbeir brother, Mr It. Smith. Mrs N. J. Short and family, Waituna West, have returned borne from a most enjoyable holiday spent at the beach. Mrs A. E. Shannon, of Pakihikura, lias offered the use of her grounds for the annual pie-' nic of tbo Waituna West Women’s Institute in February. This will be the first meeting of the year.
