A BALCLUTHA YOUTH.
laVe air aiacfarlane. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Jan. 31. Pilot-Officer AlacFarlane. a member of fhe Royal Air Force, who was killed in England, was the third son of Mr and Airs W. MacEarlane, of Rosebank, Balclutha. He was 25 years of age and left his father’s estate at Upper Clydevale a little over two years ago to join the Royal Air Force. After completing his period of training he was promoted to the rank of pilot-officer.
