COMING-OF-AGE PARTY.
MISS MONA JOHANSON. Messrs C. M. Ross and Co.’s rooms were the scene of a gay afternoon tea party given by Mrs H. Johanson on Friday last to celebrate the coming-of-age of her daughter Mona. In a neat speech Miss B. Macpherson proposed the health of the guest of honour. Miss Johanson responded, and this was followed by the singing of “She’s a Jolly Good Fellow.” Among those present were Mesda.mes Tyack. Plank, Rasmussen and Johanson, Misses B. and M. Macpherson. F. and B. Lalev, P. Hebden, E. Thomson, N. Louisson, M. Reed and B. McDonald.
