DUTCH ROYA.L BIRTH. Received February 1, 1.10 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 31. The Daily Telegraph’s Soestdijk correspondent 7 says Princess Juliana’s baby is sturdy, brown b.aired and blue evecl. The mother ,is delighted at the fulfilment of her wish for a daughter. Prince Bernhard, who desired a boy, is nevertheless delighted. Queen Wilhelmina shed tears when she knew she was a grandmother. The infant’s names are not to be disclosed until February 1, the official day of -rejoicing. __
