TROOPS KILLED.

CAR OUT OF CONTROL. Received February 1, 10.30 a.m. FRANKFORT, Jan. 31. After a torchlight parade in celebration of the Nazi anniversary, a motorcar, containing two youths and two girls, all of whom are stated to have been dead drunk, dashed from the side of a street into Storm Troopers lined up in the crowded Roemerberg Square and mowed them down. Twenty were injured, seven seriously.
