SUNK BY INSURGENTS. ATTACK NEAR CARTAGENA. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Received February 1, 1-25 p.m. BARCELONA, Jan. 31. The British steamer, Endymion, was torpedoed and sunk to-day by an insurgent submarine near Cartagena. Eleven lives were lost including those of the captain, his wife, and a Swedish non-intervention observer. Four were saved.
