CLOSER RELATIONS WITH JAPAN LONDON. Jan. 29. The Daily Telegraph’s Berlin correspondent says that Mr K. Hirota’s reported statement that Germany, Italy and Japan might in future enter into still closer relations than those provided for under the Anti-Communist Pact has aroused no enthusiasm in Berlin.
