ORDER IN ITALY, PROTEST TO FOREIGN OFFICE. Received Januarv 31, 8.5 a.m. ROME, Jan. 30. The Russian Embassy has formally protested to the Foreign Office against the decision of the Milan Court 'in sequestering the funds of the Soviet commercial delegation on the application of the Ansaldo steel works, which applied for an injunction regarding £274,000 on the grounds that the Russian Government had not paid an amount allegedly due for the motors and other material used in the construction of the Soviet’s torpedo-boat Tashkent.
