REPORTS CONSIDERED. .MANAGING-SECRETARY’S TOUR. * r _ ; . A special meeting of the Palmerston North Hospital Board was held today, to discuss a lengthy report by the managing-secretary (Air A. J. Phillipps) on his visit to Australia, made some weeks ago. Reports were also made by the matron (Miss Li. M- Banks) and the medical superintendent (Mr J. H. North), these being connected with that made by the managing-secretary. The meeting was held in committee, and a statement is to bo issued to the Press later.« . Those present were Mr J. A. JNasti (chairman), Mrs M. Aitchison, Alessrs J. Hodgens, M.P., AI. E. Perreau, L. T. McLean. G. P. Catley V. E Smith, T. Green, D. Collis, G, <A. Monk, J. Boyce AV. Howell, AI. A. Aloody and F. J.’Ryder. An. apology for absence was received from Air A. E. Alansford.
