,T. M. Bain, of Perth Country, Ontario. was declared Canada’s champion oheesema.ker for 1937 at the Central Ontario CheeseinakersV Association Exhibition in a competition with 500 entries from every province of Canada, and from South Africa, New Zealand, England and Australia. The winning cheese was awarded 98.1 points out of a possible 100, the points being given for flavour, texture, closeness, colour and finish.
