BRITISH MINISTER’S VIEWS. LONDON, Jan. 30. “America’s decision to increase her navy will be welcomed by democracies throughout the world,” declared Mr A. Duff Cooper (First Lord of the Admiralty) at Birmingham to-day. “The day when Britain would enter into naval rivalry with America, if it ever existed, is long past. A stronger American navy is better for world peace.”
