DEATH OF MAN
A HEEFTON CASE. Per Press Association. REEFTON, Jan. 28. George Bennett Marsdcn, aged 21, on a charge of negligently driving a motor-car so as to cause the death, of Hugh Paul Hampson on January 1 and with failing to stop to ascertain whether lie was injured and render practical assistance, was committed to the Supreme Court. The trial and inquest were held conjointly with the case. An open verdict was returned.
