AMATEUR GOLFERS.
Received January 27. 9.35 a.m. LONDON. Jan. 26. The Royal and Ancient Golf Flub has ruled that playing for, a money prize in a putting competition is a violation of amateur status. The giving of prize vouchers is also objectionable.
