An allegation that the Labour Government had to delicense the whole of the New Zealand fertiliser industry in order to overcome a difficulty which had arisen in connection with Whangarei’s applicatwm for the establishment of phosphatic manure works was made by Mr A. J. Murdoch, chairman of the Dairy Board, last evening. Mr Murdoch said he would probably be attacked by members of the Labour Party, for the statement, but he added that it was a true interpretation of the position.
