BOYCOTT URGED.
ISSUE AT ULSTER ELECTION. BELFAST Jan. 27. A meeting of the Northern Council for Unity, which was attended by Messrs A. J. Mulvey and P. Cunningham, Abstentionist members of the House of Commons, passed a resolution urging Nationalists to boycott the Ulster election because it was arranged to uphold partition. The resolution added that the council would welcome a plebiscite on Irish' unity.
