PUBLICITY CAMPAIGN SUGGESTED. A publicity campaign in the cause of world peace was suggested by Mr Fred Burley, of London, in an address
to members of- the Rotary Club of Sydney. “War and peace are the results of mental attitudes. Wo know that wisely- directed publicity can work wonders. I f the world can spend £1,000,000,000 a year to prepare for war, surely we can afford to spend 1 something in a campaign to prepare j for peace," he said,
