PALMERSTON NORTH CLUB. The . summer competition of the Palmerston North Golf Club were continued last week-end, when- the January bogey was played. All the rough
grasp has now been cieared and the course is in first-class order, permit--1 ting' of 1 some good cards being returned. ■J. Tucker earned three points with one up and was; closely followed ; by M. Ramsay all square, two points, and ;B. Tremaine, two down,.one point. This week the January medal round will be played. Players are reminded of the' ■ four-ball matches which • are now being played.
