Jan. 12., The Munich correspondent of the Daily Telegraph states that a conference of the Nazi regional leaders, held at Santliofem, the new training centre for Nazi leaders, adopted a programme which suggests that the more aggressive members of the party, who have been silont since the murder of Herr Roolim and other Brown Shirt leaders in June, 1934, are returning to the forefront. The programme, be states, demands a radical change in the economic system delegating changes of policy to the German people instead of bv the “industrial patriarchs,” the creation of a Nazi school system based on training ill the national ideal of service to the community and to the race, and totalitarian rights in all spheres of public health.
