SAILORS’ ESCAPADE.
TOKIO, Jan. 25. The Nagoya Shimbun understands that the sailors from the Severnleigli landed in the course of a religious festival, had a few drinks, snatched the flags from a house, and ran away. They did not trample on the flags, which the police cannot find. Five of the sailors were released the two detained are expected to be released shortly, the captain having apologised.
