IMPERSONATION ALLEGED.
ARREST AT MARTON SHOW. MARTON, Jan. 26. Arrested on the Marton showground shortly before 5 p.rn. to-day, Maurice O’Connor, labourer, aged 32, was la.ter charged in the Magistrate’s Court. Marton, with theft and impersonating a police officer. On the application of Detective-Sergeant A. B. Meiklejohn, O’Connor was remanded bv Mr R. M. Watson. S.M., to appear at Palmerstoi} North.
