ILLEGAL ENTRY TO PROPERTY. Received January 25, 2.10 p.m. LONDON. Jan. 24. The Daily Mail's Hong Kong correspondent states that the English and German Consul-Generals at Tsingtao have made representations to Japan regarding illegal entry to the property of their nationals. :
