GERMAN EXPENDITURE.
FINANCIAL SECRECY LIFTED. Received January 25, 1.20 p.m. LONDON, Jail. 24. The Daily Telegraph’s Berlin correspondent says that a small corner of the veil of secrecy shrouding German expenditure was lifted when it was announced that £1,000,000 had been earmarked for the extension through Germany of the national political and educational institutions, which are the nearest Nazi equivalent to the pre-war cadet-schools where army officers were educated.
