HELP FOR REBELS
Received January 26, 8.5 a.m. PARIS, Jan. 25. The newspaper Ordre asserts that Italy and Germany have concluded a secret agreement for fresh supplies of German arms and material to General Franco and for a contingent of 50,000 Italian troops.
