REBEL BOMBERS.

RAID OVER ANDORRA. PARIS, Jan. 24. After bombing Puigcerda yesterday the fourteen rebel ’planes flew over Andorra and bombed Seo De Urgel, whose bishop shares with the French President control of the tiny republic of Andorra. Bombs caused a heavy death-roll. The Prefect of the French province adjoining Puigcerda demanded aerial defences from Paris. Andorra is a republic in the eastern Pyrennees, lying between the Spanish province of Lerida and the French department of Allege and covering an area of 175 square miles. Puicerda is on the Franen-Spanish frontier, 12 miles east of the Andorra border. Seo de Urgel is in Spain, six miles from the Andorra border.
