FEILDING SWIMMERS.

Several members of the Feilding Amateur Swimming Club took part in ! the Dan nevirkc evening swimming ■ sports on Saturday, and were su-ccess- ! ful in a number of the events. Miss Freda Johnston, of Manchester Street, I won the 50 yards girls’ intermediate championship and also the ladies’ 50 yards handicap event. T. Dewe won the men’s 50 yards event while A. Sporle took second honour. N. Crozier came a close second in the men’s 66 2-3 yards event while Miss D. Sporle secured second place in the girls’ 33 l-3yds race.
