OUTCOME OF CONFERENCE? Received January 24, 10.5 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 23. The Sunday Times correspondent at Dublin states that the army recruiting campaign for raising Eire troops from 6000 men to 10,000, including potential pilots and mechanics, is believed to be due to the London conference.

The Government also is planning the establishment of aerodromes on the south coast to enable the protection of vessels using Irish ports ill wartime.
