RUMOURS IN NETHERLANDS. LONDON, Jan. 21. The Daily Telegraph’s Soestdijk correspondent says impatience throughout the Netherlands rrtition for the birth of Princess Juliana’s baby has resulted in many false alarms. Rumours have already caused bands to play, bonfires to be lit, and burgomasters to don their chains of office and begin reading joyful speeches.
