WEDDING FILM.
MR E. D. ANDREWS.
A number of tennis enthusiasts, including the New Zealand representative players, Messrs A. C. Stedman and D. C. Coombe, and their host, Mill. N. Watson, were the guests of Mr and Mrs O. Andrews, of Fitzherbert Avenue on Wednesday evening, to witness the screening of a film of the wedding of Mr E. D. Andrews, the noted tennis player, to Miss Y. Watson.
The film showed clearly the arrival of the guests at the Holy Trinity Church, Brompton Road, London, where the ceremony took place in March of last year, the arrival of the bride and her attractive retinue, the actual ceremony and the return of Mr and Mrs Andrews to Claridge’s Hotel, where the reception was held. A film of Madeira, where tho honeymoon was spent, was also shown, and those present were delighted to see the tennis star engaged in a singles match. The party greatly appreciated the kindly thought of Mr and Mrs Andrews in extending them the privilege of attending such an interesting little gathering.
