ESTONIAN AND SOVIET GUARDS. THREE CASUALTIES. (Times Cables.) LONDON, Jan. 21. A skirmish between Estonian and Soviet guards resulted to-day in two Soviet soldiers being killed and one wounded, says the Riga correspondent of the Times. The frontier traverses an icebound lake, where the boundary is clearly marked,by stakes. On several occasions members of the Soviet guard have crossed the line and forced Estonian fishermen to go to the Soviet shore, where they have been interrogated, , . , , This time Soviet soldiers tried to capture 15 Estonians, but Estonian guards appeared and fired in the air. The Soviet guards returned the fire, -whereupon the Estonians inflicted the casualties.
