CAPITAL SHIPBUILDING.
INTENTION OF JAPANESE. CONFERENCE TO BE CONVENED. Received January 22, 11.10 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 21. The British Ambassador to Tokio (Sir Robert Craigie) has been requested to sound the Japanese Government in regard to its intentions as to capital ship construction, after which Britain will confer with .France and America.
