MR DE VALERA RETURNS. Received January 21. 1.5 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 20. Mr' de Valera and his colleagues received a rousing welcome at Kingstown, a suburb of Dublin, when they returned from London. Crowds swarmed on the pierhead waving tricolours and shouting “Good Old Dev! Up with the Republic.” The Ministers reached their oars with difficulty.
