AGAINST JAPAN. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received January 21, 1.25 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 20. The International Council of Labour, the Council of the Trade Union Congress, the Labour Party and the Parliamentary Labour Party have resolved to send a deputation to the Prime Minister (Mr Chamberlain) and the Foreign Secretary (Mr Eden) to urge anti-Japanese sanctions consonant with the recent Brussels Congress resolution.
