LABOUR DECREE.
FOREIGNERS TO LEAVE. Received January 20, 10.15 a.m. BUCHAREST, Jan. 19. The Ministry of Labour has issued a decree that foreigners, whose firms were registered after January 1, 1930, should leave the country except for those whose activities are regarded as being in the interests of the State.
