PARLIAMENT DISSOLVED.
ELECTIONS IN RUMANIA. BUCHAREST, Jan. 18. King Carol has signed a Royal decree dissolving Parliament and providing for the election of members of the Chamber of Deputies on March 2 and of the Senate on March 4. The new Parliament will assemble on March 10.
