ITALIAN PUPILS’ MEALS. Received January 19, 1.5 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 18. The Rome correspondent of the Times says free meals to elementary school children throughout the country, hitherto givpn only to the very poor, will now Lie supplied to all pupils, although parents in suitable positions will be required to contribute to (lie meals. The pupils at each meal will he required to recite grace for Signor Mussolini: “II Duce, 1 thank thee for what thou givest to make me healthy and strong. May the Lord protect the Duce so that lie may be long preserved for Fascist Italy.’’
