CABINET PORTFOLIOS.
TEMPORARY REALLOCATIONS Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Jan. 17'. Following to-day’s meeting of Cabinet, the Prime Minister (Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage) announced the . temporary re-allocation of the portfolios ,of „ Internal Affairs and Pensions during the absence in Australia of Hon. W. E. Parry, who is to represent the Government at the celebrations of the Commonwealth’s 150th anniversary. The Minister of Mines (Hon. P. C. Webb) will he aeting-Minister of Internal Affairs; tho Postniaster-Gen-qral (Hon. F. Jones), who is also Minister in Charge of War Pensions, will he aeting-Minister 0$ Pensions; and the Minister of Health and Education (Hon. P. Fraser) will take charge temporarily of Mr Parry’s work in connection with the New Zealand centennial.
