An old AATltshire cure for a head- ' ache was a plaster made of black pepper bound in a handkerchief and saturated with camphor. Air Louis Wiley, for many years business manager of the New York Times, who died in 1935. left a net estate of £56,000, including a block of New York Times stock valued for estate duty purposes at £9O a share.
