DERELICTION OF DUTY. HANKOW. Jan. 15. . General Han Fuchu, who was arrested on Marshal Chiang Kai-shek’s orders because of the loss of Tsinijig, vas court-martialled and found guilty of dereliction of duty. He and Generals Li Tuo-chan and Wan Ful-lin, who were both subordinates of Marshal Chang Hseuh-liang, were all shot by firing squads. -The two last-named were shot a.t Marshal Chiang Kai-shek’s orders, Wan Fn-lin for the loss of Paotingfn and Li Tuo-chan for the fall of Soochow. Each case was attributed to mutiny and lack of discipline among the Chinese troops.
