ULSTER POLICY.
“NO SUJIEENEB.” BELFAST, Jan. To. The Council of the Ulster Independent Unionists has decided to send, a deputation to the British Prime Minister (Mr Chamberlain) emphasising that its policy on the question of Irish partition was “No surrender.” It was agreed in a resolution that Ulster was not to he a bargaining unit to placate Mr de Valera.
