ELECTION PLANS.
MID-CANTERBURY SEAT. Per Press Association. ASHBURTON, Jan. 17. Mr R. T. McMillan, of Dwell, the chairman of the Lyttelton Harbour Board, has notified to a deputation his willingness to stand as a candidate for the Mid-Canterbury seat in the National Party interests. A conference of delegates will he held shortly to decide the nomination.
