WELLINGTON STOCK EXCHANGE.
A QUIET TONE. . Business on the Wellington Stock Exchange, which reoponed last Tuesday after a vacation of nearly three weeks, was very quiet last week. There was little change in any section of the markets, since before the holidays, and the recorded turnover was small in volume. The demand generally throughout the week was dull, investors appearing inclined to “wait and see.” SATURDAY’S QUOTATIONS.
