EXPULSION ORDER.

TIMES CORRESPONDENT. NO APPEAL ALLOWED. BERLIN, Aug. 19. The Times correspondent, Mr Norman Ebbutt, has been served with an expulsion order having a time limit ending at midnight on Sunday, which is earlier than expected. The order was served personally at his home at 8 a.m. It 6tates that ho had eudaiigered Anglo-German Press relations b.y his behaviour and rejects the possibility of an appeal “on overwhelming grounds and the public interest.”

H o is yarned Ihat if ho returns to Germany without permission he will be subject to a fine or to a year’s imprisonment. The Foreign Press Association meets this afternoon to consider Mr Ebbutt’s expulsion.
