PLEA OF GUILTY.

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 18. Pleading guilty to a charge of failing to account for £93 17s 5d and 12 charges of making false representations by which lie secured sums totalling £305 16s 9d, Thomas Joseph Kane, a clerk, aged 22, appeared before Mr E. I). Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court to-day. He was committed for sentence, and hail was fixed at £2OO with a surety of £260.
