WIN FOR WESCOATT. Per Press Association. WANGANUI, Aug. 17. -- In a fast wrestling bout at Marton to-night, “Rusty” Wescoatt beat John Spellman by two falls to one. SAVAGE BEATS BAUMANN. TWO-ROUND BOUT. Per Press Association. MASTERTON. Aug. 17. A wrestling match to-night between Steve Savage and George Baumann ended abruptly in the second round when Savage, by mea.ns of a toehold, was awarded a penalty fall. Baumann, after groaning in the centre ot the ring was assisted to his corner and later crawled through the ropes to the dressing room.
